How to Volunteer
We appreciate that everyone has busy lives. However, if you’re able to help a small amount of time on a weekly or monthly basis, it would make all the difference.
Not only would you be making a difference in the community, you will also get to meet like-minded people. Above all, we all love to have a laugh and have fun!
Volunteering at the Whyteleafe Community HUB is also an amazing way to build up your work experience, by gaining invaluable skills. We welcome volunteers from all ages but anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
To become a volunteer, please contact us by filling in our contact us form, please provide information such as your general availability, any skills you have that you think would be useful and if there is a specific group that you are interested in.
Aside from volunteers who join our different groups, we are also looking to build up our team roles. Please check below where we will share any vacancies or opportunities.
Our current vacancies
Office administrator
Someone to manage the charity inbox and direct queries to the relevant people and being responsible for ensuring documents are gathered and saved in the right places.
Volunteers coordinator
This person would be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new volunteers as well communicating information with the current volunteers.
Litter picking group leader
This person would be responsible for working with the Whyteleafe Village Council to organise a litter picking day. They would also be responsible for the running of the day.
